Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 1, 2025
1. Services
House of Transactions provides administrative coordination services only. We do not provide legal, title, escrow, lending, or brokerage services. Listing document preparation is performed by a licensed Florida Realtor.
2. Payment
Fees are due per the terms of your executed Service Agreement. Fees are earned upon commencement of work and are non-refundable once work has begun.
3. Wire Fraud
House of Transactions will never send wire transfer instructions, funding instructions, or requests to change payment destinations. It is the client's responsibility to verify all wiring instructions directly with the title company or closing attorney using a verified phone number obtained independently.
4. Limitation of Liability
Services are administrative in nature. House of Transactions is not liable for transaction outcomes beyond the administrative scope of the executed Service Agreement. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.
