Founder Story

Why House of Transactions Exists

Ana spent more than a decade inside real estate operations — coordinating transactions, running listing workflows, supporting closings, and building the trackers and processes that hold a busy pipeline together. Across investor desks, agent teams, and brokerage back offices, the same pattern kept repeating.

Strong real estate professionals were losing time, visibility, and capacity — not because their deal flow was weak, but because their back-office processes had never grown up with their business. Files lived in inboxes. Deadlines lived in memory. Every new hire had to reinvent the workflow from scratch.

House of Transactions was built to become the operational partner behind those growing businesses — not another freelance coordinator answering emails, but a structured operations company with documented processes, consistent execution, and accountability on every file.

The company Ana wished existed when she was the one holding the pipeline together.

Operations Experience

Built for Complex Workloads

The capabilities the House of Transactions playbook is built on — refined across years of real estate operations work, not borrowed from a generic assistant script.

High-Volume File & Pipeline Oversight

Managing dozens of active files, competing deadlines, and parallel workflows without losing visibility on any single transaction.

Transaction & Listing Workflow Management

Structured end-to-end coordination across purchase, sale, wholesale, and listing files — from intake through post-close archive.

Title-Facing Communication & Follow-Up

Direct coordination with title, escrow, lenders, cooperating agents, and third parties — with documented follow-up on every open item.

Deadline & Document Control

Every contractual deadline calendared, every required document tracked, every missing item surfaced before it becomes a problem.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

Clear, consistent communication with clients, teams, and outside parties so every stakeholder knows exactly where a file stands.

SOP, Tracker & Process Development

Building the checklists, trackers, and standard operating procedures that turn one-off tasks into a repeatable operational system.

Operational Issue Identification & Escalation

Spotting the stuck points before they stall a closing — and escalating with a clear description of the block and the recommended next step.

Back-Office Structure for Growing Teams

Designing the workflows, documentation, and hand-offs a team needs when deal flow outgrows the systems that got them there.

Leadership Philosophy

Operations Should Create Capacity — Not More Noise.

The operating principles that shape how House of Transactions runs every client engagement:

  • 01Every file needs ownership.
  • 02Every deadline needs visibility.
  • 03Every client needs clear communication.
  • 04Every recurring process should become a documented system.
  • 05Every growing business needs operations that can scale with it.
What Clients Can Expect

The Standard on Every Engagement

01

Structured Onboarding

A defined intake process that captures the file, the parties, the deadlines, and the scope before work begins.

02

Documented Workflows

Every coordination step is written down, followed, and refined — not improvised file by file.

03

Clear Scope & Accountability

You know what we own, what you own, and what we escalate — before the file goes active.

04

Consistent Status Visibility

Written status updates on the agreed schedule so you always know where every file stands.

05

Direct Escalation When Action Is Required

Stuck points come to you the same day they are identified — with context and a recommended next step.

Company Vision

Building the Operations Infrastructure Behind Growing Real Estate Businesses

House of Transactions is growing into a hybrid operations company. Today that means professional coordination, listing support, and back-office services for investors, wholesalers, agents, teams, and brokerages.

Over time, that means layered support: systems, education, templates, and resources for real estate businesses that need more than a coordinator — they need operational infrastructure that scales with them.

The mission stays the same at every stage: give real estate professionals the back-office capacity to grow without losing control of their pipeline.
